Without a doubt one of my favorite floor plans in Sun Village is the Bandera. Sunny and inviting, this home has many architectural details that make it feel so comfortable. There are two generous bedrooms along with a den in the entry. In addition there is another area off the kitchen many people use for an office. It has a half-bath adjacent! So all-in-all there are 2 and a half baths, vaulted ceilings, a good-sized kitchen with pocket doors to the entry hall,and pull out shelves. The master bedroom has a nice walk-in closet. Decent sized yard with mature citrus. Built-in garage cabinets compliment the large garage. It is time for some TLC but this is an investment worth making. The extra half bath, the den, and the layout just can't be beat!
