I live in the main house with my partner and two additional people. We all get along well and keep the property quiet and well cared for. I’m seeking a six-month lease to start, with the option to extend to a one-year term. No smoking in the ADU or garage, please.

I’d prefer no pets — we already have two dogs in the main house. That said, for the right tenant with a very calm, friendly dog, I’d be open to a conversation.
