Access to the Ilikai fitness center or front desk is exclusively for Aqua-Aston guests. Starting the week of July 28, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from August 1, 2025, to October 16, 2025 (approximate dates). However, after 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as we're required to remove it for painting. There may be noise disturbances.
