Deck - Had the deck repainted in July 2014. Reinforced the support for the hot tub in 2012 prior to install.
Floors - installed new carpet upstairs
Doors - installed all new interior doors upstairs
Windows - replaced the master bedroom window in August 2014. Replaced upstairs bathroom window in 2013.
Plumbing - Kitchen shut off valves (dishwasher and sink) raised to be accessible. Toilet removed from laundry room (hole in floor was not fixed). Sump pump installed 2012.
Heating - forced air heating extended to great room
Electrical - hot tub wiring brought up to code by licensed electrician. Main meter box needs roof/cover.
New washer and dryer installed January 2012
Installed reverse osmosis filtration system in kitchen sink in 2012 to remove nitrates from water. Nitrates in well water are at safe levels, however, wanted to take extra precaution due to pregnancy/young child
