As of May 2018Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my story! Once upon a time, I was the apple of my owner's eye, the great American Dream! I have great bones and a nice floorplan, I just need a buff and shine and a few replacement items to make me beautiful again. I am a Modular Colonial home. I have 3 bedrooms upstairs and a small office nook, or you could use it as a walk-in closet. My master bedroom has it's own private bath (oh so nice, no sharing!). There is also another full bath upstairs for the occupants of the 2 other bedrooms to share. My kitchen has a really nice work flow and a walk-in pantry (it is big enough that you could put the washer and dryer in it!). There is a half bath too. The dining area is right there next to the kitchen and there is a slider so that you can rebuild the deck and hang out outside and look over your 5 acres of woods. The livingroom is nice and big and is south facing, so it gets lots of light. When you go down in the basement there is a woodstove if you like to have the warm heat of a wood, otherwise you can use the electric furnaces~ one on the first floor and one on the second floor). You can walk right out the back door of the basement too, so it is easy to bring things in and out! I know I don't look very pretty on the outside right now, but can you imagine the farmer's porch on the front? You would be close to Route 101 to make for an easy commute to shopping, but still be in the country. Will you give me a chance?
