Well, you can't get much more convenient to downtown Montpelier than this enchanting 3-4 bedroom home. I haven't timed it, but I bet it takes an average eighth grader 45 seconds to get to the middle school. Everyone else can be at the library or Three Penny in minutes. Now, let's talk about the house. Big, bright rooms, with a nice flow from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. New bamboo floors throughout the first floor. We have a plan for how to make the kitchen layout a zillion times better (it's easy too!), so there are no excuses for not having the kitchen that you want in a classic downtown home. Upstairs features three bedrooms, including a master with a walk-in closet or dressing room. Or Netflix room. Whatever. One of the most intriguing aspects of this house is the flexibility. With the newly finished upstairs bathroom, and newly finished back room, the second floor is ready to become a one bedroom apartment. Or, keep it as is, and just spread out and enjoy the space. Simple but not tiny back yard that would do the trick for a garden, chickens, and playing. No garage (and people have been fine like that for 130 years), but there's room for one.
