Chocolate…or vanilla? It seems like there are two choices when it comes to Eichler homes. It’s either a Dwell-worthy magazine masterpiece (AMAZING, if you can afford it) or the affordably-priced, 401K-draining “opportunity” that needs tens of thousands of dollars you probably don’t have. Tough choice. But it doesn’t have to be. Goldilocks…meet your bowl of “just right” porridge. This Eichler is excellently maintained, has newer appliances, mini-split A/C system, tempered & solar tinted windows (love when an update is done right!), and quite possibly the best-landscaped atrium in Fairmeadow (it’s a Japanese-inspired oasis). Are there still some projects left to do? Of course, but the expensive, heavy-lifting ones are done. All that’s left are the “fun” ones - the 'pick your flavor, take your time, and make it yours' ones.
