Guests must climb stairs to access the house. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available for an additional fee. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may result in eviction. Extra guests and visitors require management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed maximum occupancy. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, with a $200 fine for violations. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses for violations. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact management before their stay. Travelers must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and local resident restrictions apply.
