Before checking out, please set the thermostat to 70–75°F for A/C in warmer months or 67–69°F for heat in colder months. Use caution on the basement stairs, and please use the handrail at all times. Please use the provided remotes for the TVs and electronics and do not adjust wiring or unplug devices. Please do not move or adjust furniture in the rooms. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the apartment clean.
