5. We allow dogs & cats. Two pets max. Weight limit on dogs: 50 lbs (some breed restrictions). $250 nonrefundable pet fee (per pet); $35 pet rent (per pet) per month.

1 = $100
2 = $165
3 = $215

Each add'l occupant + $50
