The guest shower has been remodeled and is a site to see. The tile flooring in this home is beautiful and in great condition; the pictures do not do it justice. This is the best value in Anthem Country Club. Other terrific features include: the exterior was painted in May 2024 along with the microwave being replaced in May 2024. The floor to ceiling slider in the great room was replaced in 2020. Both the hot water heater and the water softener were replaced in 2021.
