The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, large gatherings, or weddings are allowed. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, with an additional charge applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn off all exterior lights at night to preserve the beauty of the dark skies in the valley. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Electric living room blinds are controlled by a remote on the side of the wall by the sunroom. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home, and no fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
