Oh wow, this floor in the foyer and living room looks like modern hardwood, but it’s actually laminate! That is so much better, it makes it super easy to clean and scratch resistant, so you can get a dog or a cat, no problem. And look, it's pre-wired for surround sound and has updated lighting throughout. I think these are updated windows, you can tell because the newels are between the glass. That will make cleaning them so easy and should making the house more comfortable.

I love how they took down this wall between the living room and dining room and kitchen. It opens up the space. And with this quartz countertop and these updated kitchen cabinets, plus the stainless-steel appliances, this is your dream kitchen! Look at this fresh color palette they chose for the kitchen and all the walls in this house. It’s so neutral, it goes with everything. I can’t wait to help you furnish this place! Plus look at the view out the back windows into the woods. You can check out all kinds of wildlife while you make me dinner Perfect! And just about all the windows have custom blinds that were made for them. Most of the houses we’ve looked at don’t have ANY blinds. Let’s go up. Oh, sweet! The steps look like hardwood floors too! But they’re luxury vinyl, just like the rest of the floors upstairs. Oh. Honey. Look at this hallway bathroom!!! It’s been COMPLETELY redone, with 12 x 24 tiles. That floor. That tub-to-ceiling accent. These corner shelves in the bath! And look at this vanity and toilet and light fixture! All of the stuff has been replaced. Check out the primary bedroom, it looks like it’s been freshly painted too. And it has THREE windows that let so much light in, plus they create these little nooks to put all of your things. I can’t wait to decorate it with you. And there is an en-suite primary bathroom! It's just as updated as the hall bath! It’s got new tile, toilet, and white quartz top vanity. Wow this is pretty! And look, there’s 2-more rooms with ceiling fans up here outside the primary bedroom. You can use one for an extra bedroom, one for an office or make two bedrooms. And all these rooms are pre-wired with ethernet cables, so we can directly plug-in our computers & TVs instead of using the Wi-Fi. for a faster, connection speed for gaming or streaming. I think those are even brand-new smoke detectors on the ceiling that have those 10-year life batteries.
Let’s head down. Oh, wait. Look there’s an upgraded powder room on the main level before you hit the stairs to the lower level. Wait, what? All of this carpet on the steps and all throughout the basement...it’s all BRAND NEW! Cha-ching...SAVINGS! Okay...this laundry room is amazing. It looks like there used to be a full bath here and they pulled it out, but you know what? When I checked out the disclosures online, in the improvements section it said they spent over $140,000 in improvements. They mentioned this washer and dryer are brand new.
