This three bedroom, one bath ranch has been a reliable rental with a long term tenant that resided here from 2012 thru December of 2021 paying $635 a month. Due to deteriorating conditions, especially with the only bath, the tenant had to move out as contractors could not renovate the bath in a timely enough fashion with tenants in place. Much clean-up and renovation is required. Garage is full and will need to be trashed out. Kitchen and bath will likely need a complete overhaul. Sewer backs up every 4-6 months.
