The property is located high up on the mountain, with narrow roads and extensive curves. A steep driveway makes an AWD or 4WD vehicle highly recommended, especially during winter months. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets are allowed, and no parties are permitted, with violations potentially resulting in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. Guest verification is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
