The property is located high up on the mountain, and while the drive is beautiful, roads are narrow with extensive curves. The driveway is steep, and an AWD or 4WD vehicle is highly recommended, especially during winter months. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets are allowed, and no parties are permitted—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported prior to check-out.
