Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs. A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1–6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete identity verification prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Access details will be shared 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance, one-strike policy. Any violation of our core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. Mail or packages may not be delivered directly to the unit. We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement. All guests agree that the unit is to be used strictly for short-term, transient lodging only. Guests use the pool at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Glass containers, alcohol, smoking, and amplified speakers are strictly prohibited in or around the pool area. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool is shared with neighbors and permanent residents, and guests must remain respectful of noise, behavior, and posted community rules. Any disruptive behavior or violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Community pool hours must be followed. Upon booking, the primary guest will receive access to a custom Guest Portal. This portal houses everything related to the reservation, including required identity verification, signing of the rental agreement, smart lock access, house manual, check-in and check-out instructions, and a local area guide with restaurant, shopping, and activity recommendations. Guests are expected to review the Guest Portal in full prior to arrival, as it contains critical information necessary for their stay.
