This is a townhouse. It looks like you might share a wall with your neighbor, but there's NO common wall. Instead, it's like two houses built inches apart. The exterior stucco and roofing are just continuous: it makes them easier to maintain. The house is on a quiet street: it's a development that is not cut through to anywhere, so there's no "passing-through" traffic. The HOA does all yard maintenance: cutting, watering, fertilizing: everything. It's nice and green in the summer, and that water isn't billed to your home: it comes from irrigation water which is included in the HOA fees. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space, both above and below the counters. Looking out across the range, there's a breakfast-bar counter, then the great room. The great room has a built-in gas-fired fireplace, a sliding glass door onto the back patio. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. They both have sliding windows, which look to the north. The upstairs bath has a full bathroom
