This is a townhouse. It looks like you might share a wall with your neighbor, but there's NO common wall. Instead, it's like two houses built inches apart. The exterior stucco and roofing are just continuous: it makes them easier to maintain. The house is on a quiet street: it's a development that is not cut through to anywhere, so there's no "passing-through" traffic. The HOA does all yard maintenance: cutting, watering, fertilizing: everything. It's nice and green in the summer, and that water isn't billed to your home: it comes from irrigation water which is included in the HOA fees. The master bedroom is downstairs. It has sliding glass doors onto the back patio. It also has an attached private bathroom that has two sinks, and a walk-in shower. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space, both above and below the counters. Looking out across the range, there's a breakfast-bar counter, then the great room. The great room has a built-in gas-fired fireplace, a sliding glass door onto the back patio. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. They both have sliding windows, which look to the north.
