Parents will appreciate the child safety features throughout the home. The camping-themed kids' bedroom with a star projector adds a magical touch. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, and a large island with high seating. The Sonos sound system and Infinity Game Table arcade system offer endless entertainment options.
Guests are required to display a community parking pass at all times during their stay. The stay includes 8 wristbands, and additional wristbands can be purchased for $10 per guest, per day at the HOA office. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available for an additional fee (cash only).

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets or parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Parking is available for up to 5 cars in the driveway, with no street parking allowed. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. An exterior camera is installed to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. The fire pit is not for guest use per HOA rules and regulations. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver.
