For families, the home includes a Pack ’n Play, high chair, stroller, kids’ dining utensils, toys, and a white noise machine. Bedroom 2 is camping-themed and includes a star projector. All bathrooms are equipped with filtered water systems.

Kayaks are not available after October 18th. Guests are required to display a community parking pass at all times during their stay, and all guests ages 5 and older must wear community wristbands throughout their visit. Your stay includes 8 wristbands; additional wristbands can be purchased for $10 per guest, per day at the HOA office. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Car information must be provided as soon as you confirm the booking. The fire pit is not for guest use. Lake access for kayaks/paddle boards etc. is closed after 10/18 but you can still walk around it. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
