With Lemon Lake and all the forest land surrounding Sierra Verde you can hike, mountain bike or a ride a horse forever. Hardwood floors, high ceilings and woodstove invite you into the great room. Nicely done mudroom and powder room adjacent. Very nice kitchen. Upstairs are 2-bedrooms and full bath. Lower level walkout master, master bath and another mudroom. I'm told the neighbors get together often. Detailed information below. The elevation is 8900. WATER comes from Sierra Verde Water Company, Inc and is a flat rate of $70 per month . The water company asks that outdoor watering be kept to a minimum. There is no ROAD maintenance for the summer, but winter plowing was $550 the last couple winters. HughesNet available for internet provider and both DISH network and DIRECT T available for television service. AmeriGas is the PROPANE provider and we have a 500 gallon tank which I fill once a year. We use propane to heat the basement, hot water, and cooking. HEATING Electric is about $70 a month on average. I prefer to use the wood stove to heat the upper 2 floors and burn 2 1/2 to 3 cords per winter.
