This villa features a spacious living area, a dining room, a game room, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a private pool and hot tub, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor patio with grill and loungers, and free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. A free washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Only one house-trained dog is allowed, and a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly.

Check-out time is 10 am. Staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
