The home is old and has some quirks. The stairs to the second floor are narrow and the ceiling slopes, so watch your head. The driveway is narrow, so be careful not to hit the side of the house or the curb. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. A $150 fee applies for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean.
