All my friends are telling me that the Upper Township School District is the Best in South Jersey and then my children would go to Ocean City High School where kids excel in academics and sports. I've been looking online for a single family home with a pool and just haven't seen anything under $400,000 or even $440,000. Then there was 2 Arrowhead Trail, a quaint country style front covered porch that was just calling my name.
