This is an end unit on the 2nd floor with lots of natural light. The lanai, or balcony has been converted into more living space and is under AC with approx. 125' of square footage of living space. The kitchen has been updated with new quartz counters, tile backsplash, with a large island/breakfast bar. All of the lighting has been modernized with beautiful fixtures over the island and also in the tray ceiling over the island. If you don't own a boat, there is also the Freedom Boat Club on site. There are 2 on-site restaurants, one is at the golf club and the other is on the water. Gorgeous water and marina views outside at the Cass Cay restaurant and bar. Live music most days and the food is good, and the drinks are better. The area also has the Platinum Point Yacht Club for social events, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts are available for an extra fee. The Burnt Store area is just south of the historic town of Punta Gorda, so if you like shopping, nice restaurants and more water views make sure you visit the town. SW Florida and the marina is approx. 8 miles from Boca Grande Pass and the Gulf of America. This area has some of the best fishing that Florida has to offer whether its inshore or offshore in the gulf there are many different types of fish to be had. Also, you won't find prettier sunsets anywhere else. My favorite saying is " Come for a visit and stay for a lifetime" You won't want to leave after visiting this part of Paradise.
