The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including granite countertops, Whirlpool appliances, a deep kitchen sink, a toaster oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. There's even a counter with two bar stools for casual dining, as well as a pantry for convenient storage. The dining area presents a spacious table and eight chairs, providing a perfect setting for shared meals and gatherings. For relaxation and entertainment, the villa features a wet bar in the hallway equipped with an ice maker, allowing you to enjoy refreshing drinks throughout your stay. The villa also offers the convenience of a garage and a water hose located by the garage for your use.
Guests have the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. We can also arrange for grocery delivery and set you up with a qualified babysitter. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options.

The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 3. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony. The fireplace is not a working fireplace for guests. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book the property. No pets and no smoking are allowed on the premises. Check-in is on Saturday during the summer.
