Wouldn't it be nice if I could find a home on the Inter-coastal Waterway with a pool? Oh yeah, AND not have to mow the yard! I really wish I could have all that and be close to the amazing West Granada Blvd. The restaurants and shopping are so nice over there in that area. I just wish I could have it all and have all that around where I live but I know that is a lot to ask for! After looking for sooo long, I am starting to get unmotivated because it is especially ruff in this seller's market to get what I REALLY want. I mean, if I had to settle on something terrible, I at least want to be walking distance to the ocean or a scenic walkway. It's true. It's so hard to find something in this market! Especially a home that is well taken care of.....(enter moment of clarity).....HONEY I FREAKING FOUND IT!~ If you don't call up this agent right now......hahaha! ok ok! I'll get on the phone now. I know these properties go fast, especially in this building! Look! This is the only one on the market in the whole building! Seems like the owners in this building never want to sell.....I don't blame them with everything it has going on around it!
