You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit to ensure a wonderful stay and to prevent taking home any unwanted guests. There are 6 pools, including 1 kiddie pool and the rest in the main building, 1 lazy river across the street, and 1 lap pool across the street, open from 10am to 11pm.
