Common areas: Full access to fully-equipped kitchen. Laundry room washer and dryer. Game Room/2nd living room. Fully fenced yard, along with a patio and grill.

Neighborhood perks: Community Pool, sports courts, walking paths.

Location Perks: 0.9 miles to Fred Meyer. 1.9 miles from the Village shopping center and Walmart. 2 minute walk to Valley Regional Transit Bus stop on Pine/Webb. 1 mile to downtown Meridian. 3 miles to Eagle freeway entrance to I-84.

Please note that I have rental applications turned on for full transparency of applicants, but I am a fair person and will speak to you if anything worries me. I will not turn people away if the only issue is bad credit. Applicants pay $29.00 + tax for their application and screening reports, and they’ll be able to share their application and screening reports for 30 days with up to 10 participating landlords.
