Located only minutes from downtown, Memorial Park, Galleria, and the Museum District, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the many attractions Houston has to offer. The home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. The fully equipped kitchen features a center island with a breakfast bar, high-end luxury finishes, and farmhouse-style open shelving, complete with stainless steel appliances and all basic cooking essentials. The dining room, with its glass oval dinner table, offers a restaurant-like environment, while the living room provides a comfortable space for relaxation with high-speed Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV.
Free parking is available in the garage, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking that they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply.
The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
