There was considerable smoke damage throughout the home. Renovations took place between 06/2010 & 06/2011 and was not occupied after than time. The drywall was replaced in the living room, kitchen and both bathrooms. The hardwood floors were refinished in the dining room, master bedroom, and entry. New carpeting was installed in living room, stairway and two of three bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms were totally renovated and never used. Ceramic tile was installed in both bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was totally redone with all new appliances and top of the line cabinets and NEVER used. Every window and all outside doors were replaced. All plumbing and HVAC were check in July 2022 and are in good working order. Air ducts were cleaned and every room was repainted. Awesome covered front porch, double garage and full basement.
