This townhome community is in an excellent location just off of the 101 and Warner. The unit is a one story home near parking - and walk out your gate to the community pool and spa. Home is in need of some love and care but with some effort could make an adorable home, with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and patio. Maintenance is needed and utilities were off for a time. (now on) Ceilings show signs of water leaks but complex re-roofed in the recent past (roof repaired/replaced in 2016) - Interior damage was never repaired/painted. AC is approx 3 years old. HOA covers Front yard maintenance and care, roof repair, exterior paint, garbage collection, and community blanket insurance. Exterior paint looks to be fairly new also - working with executor. spds provided as best as possible.
