Great location just off Buckhorn Road in the Arts & Crafts Community and near Rocky Top Sports Arena, Gatlinburg Community Center, Anna Porter Public Library, and the Mills Park Area of Gatlinburg. The majority of guests comments on this location is very favorable with convenience to grocery shopping and downtown Gatlinburg. This home has a very private location and is not visible from the main road. This is not a drive by property and requires an appointment as not to disturb guests. There is no turn around option on the long gravel driveway until you get to the home. The parking area is large but many times has multiple guests vehicles and turn arounds there can be difficult. The large 10 x 10 laundry room and adjacent 8 x 10 storage room offers plenty of space to add an additional full bath. If a two bedroom home is preferred the third and smallest bedroom would make an awesome master bath with walk in closet.
