I will miss him so much and wish I could go too, but I'm also very excited for my adventure ahead with new owners! I LOVE meeting new people. I have a dishwasher, disposal, oven, range, microwave, refrigerator, and clothes washer & dryer to offer you. My laundry and master bedroom are on the main level and the master has a private bathroom for your convenience. I am proud to announce that my sewer line is newly replaced and boy do I feel better. I can also breathe better too! My owner knew I wasn't feeling right and got me a new heating and cooling unit in 2012. I have two fireplaces and they are so inviting, especially now coming up into fall. Can't believe it's already here! Speaking of fireplace, the insurance companies like me too! I have a fire hydrant very close and it gets my owner a helpful discount on homeowner's insurance. I know, right! Okay, so guess what! I'm not a materialistic kind of home, but I wanted to feel better so I got some work done. Back before my current owner, I got some structural work done and I feel like a new home! It's really amazing what they did for me. I haven't had any problems while my current owner has had me and we've been pals since 2003! Speaking of basement, my owner is leaving the pool table for you AND I have a concrete safe room down there directly underneath the front porch! I have another space downstairs that is listed as an office, but is currently used as a non conforming bedroom. I have so much opportunity to be made yours.
