Additional charges apply for longer stays: 7–13 nights incur an extra $25 for one pet or $49 for two, 14–27 nights incur an extra $49 for one pet or $95 for two, and stays of 28+ nights incur a fee of $149 for one pet or $295 for two. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund.

Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All units are equipped with a smart lock or lockbox system. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed.
