Does this house need work?? Yes, it does! Mostly cosmetic stuff and a good cleaning. Some woodwork on 2 or 3 windows, and a little molding needs to be replaced due to 2 large dogs that were snacking as puppies! The usual paint throughout, and carpeting upstairs needs to be redone. The good news is, your buyer can get a much better deal buying this home and choose their own colors. In addition, the 2 new HVAC systems were installed 2/2022 with a 2 yr warranty. The back deck was enlarged, steps to the yard were added, and a lower deck was built at the basement level about 2 yrs ago. A new privacy fence was added about the same time period. The roof is only 3 years old. This home sits on a prime cul-de-sac lot with a tremendous wooded green space at the back of the house. This home is literally minutes to I-575, Northside Cherokee Hospital, Downtown Canton with all of it's fine eating establishments, and government and utility offices.
