Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, except for students and interns. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
