There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations.
