A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee.
Situated in a great central location in downtown Pittsburgh, the condo is just 1.5 blocks from the Convention Center and walkable to all major sporting venues. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance.
All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations.
The unit is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code.
