This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
