The three rooms available are as follows: one (1) on the lower floor with the other two renters and two (2) on the top floor - $850/month per room with a bathroom on each floor. We prefer a group of over individuals for ease of tenants.

Seneca Streets on Stewart Avenue. Rent includes all utilities: heat, hot/cold water, electric, and WiFi. No pets policy.

One time annual county solid waste fee of $20 and garbage fee of $80 (each total fee evenly split between the five tenants) due upon lease signing with first month's rent and security deposit equal to one month's rent.
