This beautiful 2 bed., 2 bath home is located in a very quite community in the heart of Roswell, just off S. Atlanta St. As you can see in the pictures, this home has been beautifully remodeled. I helped the seller purchase this home 2 years ago and she added to many upgrades to name. I have a list of upgrades I can send to you at your request. My seller has enjoyed every minute living in this wonderful community. However, she is moving out of state and has to sell her gorgeous home. (The community is not FHA approved. No rental restrictions.The floor in the family room has a small slope. The HOA had the problem evaluated by Parker Young Construction, Inc. The construction company made the necessary repairs to the 200 building & are in the process of making the repairs to the 300 building. The price to make the repairs was $12,887.62...paid by the HOA. I have the list of repairs and will give them to you at your request. The HOA is now in the process on installing new roofs on all their units. This is a wonderful quite neighbor!
