The front porch shade is wonderful on a hot day, and the backyard is lovely for grilling and visiting. We enjoy all the built-in storage in the house and in the garage. We like that the other bedrooms are away from the master, and the upstairs office area is a great get-away for work. There are nice views from the upstairs windows. The porte cochere canopy in the driveway is great for guests who arrive in the rain. The neighbors are lovely and it's a friendly neighborhood. The local butcher shop is amazing- fresh fish & seafood and local hand-cut meat that is beyond compare. This home has first class location and top-knotch quality.
