The lanai faces the first fairway on the golf course and has a lakefront view. During the day, watch our patio TV and the golfers playing the first hole of the course. For lunch or dinner, cook inside on the stove top or on the gas barbecue on the lanai. During the evening, sit on the lanai with our gas fired fire pit and a glass of wine.

The house is designed to provide you with all of the amenities of a vacation yet still allow you to feel like you are at home.
Lastly, our HOA requires tenants to pay a one time $250 amenities fee for the use of the facilities.
