The owner informed me that the current house was moved to this site and placed on a new basement foundation in 2006. From that point the house was finished from top to bottom. Egress windows were installed throughout the basement. Plus new vinyl windows throughout the rest of the house. They also replumbed the main floor bathroom and kitchen.
