What can I say about my own house? We are the original owners and have lived here for the past 43 years. It's HOME! Being a REALTOR most people ask why I have never moved. Well, part of it is Location, location, location! It's in the heart of PTC and close or easy access to almost everything the city offers. Especially close to Lake Peachtree and The "Fred" Amphitheater. We stayed all these years and remodeled as the styles changed, over and over. For the latest remodels we gutted the kitchen and owners bath and replaced all cabinetry with custom made wood cabinets made to our specifications by a custom cabinet maker. Re-configfured both the kitchen and bath to make them more appealing and functional. You can benefit from that! Dual sinks in owners bath with Natural Marble counters. Added large shower with beveled tile and decorative tile inset and basket weave shower floor. 12" x 24" tiles are on the bathroom floor. High end stainless steel fixtures finish it off including a square shower head and a separate hand held wand. The kitchen is amazing...redesigned to allow more cabinets, a buffet/coffee station, and a large work island/breakfast bar all with Quartz counters. Large drawers were incorporated into the cabinets as well as huge corner cabinets for small appliances. All cabinets feature soft close doors and drawers. A doorway to the dining room was widened to allow for an open kitchen/dining room! The kitchen is sunny and bright but is also complimented by under cabinet LED lighting, and an abundance of recessed LED lighting in kitchen and dining room. You'll love it! These are the highlights but there is much more...1/3 acre professionally landscaped yard with Meyer Zoysia sod, various plantings and decorative trees, sprinkler system, etc. And enjoy the outside with a screened porch and oversized deck made of composite materials, aluminum pickets, and PVC sleeves on the posts...low maintenance! Oh and I can't forget the great schools...Huddleston, Booth, and McIntosh, desired by many! This is truly a must see place...if I do say so myself!
