This property is located in a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines: Heating is fully active from October 13 – May 1 and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association.
