This property is located in a world famous nudist community which has many amenities to enjoy with a paid membership to the club. Some of the preferred features of this home include the sunroom aka Florida room which is 12ft wide by 25ft in length. The sunroom has windows on the North and South end of the home so you can get a nice cross breeze. The home has a front raised deck with railing where you can sit in the morning when the sun comes up, greet guests or wave at passing neighbors and participants in the seasonal golf cart parades. The back side of the sunroom leads out to the backyard where there is a small covered patio that houses a tankless water heater, washer and dryer. The pavers extends out into the backyard which is aligned with palm trees and a raised bed for tropical plants and pots. The backyard is very private. There is plenty of space on the pavers for patio furniture, lounge chairs and plenty of outdoor space to get the full sun when you want to get that all even tan. The string of lights and water feature provides relaxing ambience that is oh so pleasant! The outdoor shower provides both hot and cold water. The AC was replaced in 2020 and has a NEST thermostat. Inside the home there are nice perks too: The LG Range has a glass top with five burners and oven with airfryer capabilities, LG microwave has convection settings, and the LG refrigerator has freezer on bottom, two side doors and water feature. All three LG appliances were purchased this year. The bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room were painted this year. The 55" flat screen and sound bar attached to the wall in the bedroom will convey. Electric fireplace in Sunroom conveys. Wall to wall mirrors across wall in Sunroom add that additional natural light. The Seller will leave the bedroom furniture. This property is in the RV park section of Paradise and is close to the club house. The RV community has a darling recreational area of its own that has an outdoor kitchen.
