During your stay you'll have free access to The Metropolitan, a chic members-only club located on the 66th and 67th floors of the Willis Tower. They have co-working space with gorgeous views overlooking Chicago, a bar with food and drinks all day, and a top-notch dining experience at The Craftsman restaurant. Parking isn't included and the streets around us are all either permitted (local residents only) or metered, so make sure not to use those spots. For the easiest parking, we highly recommend using a service called SpotHero to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive.
Excellent dining options are nearby, as well as the Sedgwick Brown Line 'L' station. Public transit directions from this apartment to any point in the city are available via web search. This apartment is a short walk from the Sedgwick brown line “L” train station.
There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and your reservation will be automatically and immediately cancelled if there is any smoking reported. There will also be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your check-in date and check-out ends at 11 a.m. on your check-out date. If you leave any belongings behind, we must charge a $35 admin fee to return lost items because of the time, effort, and coordination between multiple team members the process takes.
