Evanston Vintage Properties (EVP) owns and manages a network of historic brick and brownstone properties near Northwestern University, Lake Michigan, and downtown Evanston. We value our residents and are committed to taking excellent care of the buildings. We combine personal service, over 30 years of property management experience, and the latest technology to streamline the rental process. Residents can schedule, pay, and track rent payments online and even notify us of routine maintenance issues online. In case of a property emergency, we are available to respond 24/7. The entire EVP team works together to make our residents feel at home.

EVP buildings are conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. For those who need to commute, the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) “El” trains and buses are easily accessible.
