Welcome to your home away from home! This Waxahachie home includes upgrades such as a chef’s kitchen, soaker tub, and double garage. It also has an outdoor swimming pool, grill, and patio. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs with stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils. The sleek living room offers a modern, comfortable environment with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated dining area features a dinner table with seating for 8 and bar-style seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, full-length mirror, and chaise, while other bedrooms offer queen and bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. The bathrooms include a soaker tub in the master ensuite and a bathtub in the second bathroom, with essential toiletries provided. The backyard is a private retreat with a custom swimming pool, outdoor grill, patio set, lounger, and conversation set, all within a fully fenced yard for privacy.
Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.
Conveniently located a stone's throw from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Waxahachie is a vibrant, authentic small-town Texas community known as the “Crape Myrtle Capital of Texas.” Each summer, the city’s historic streets are lined with hundreds of beautiful pink crape myrtles in full bloom, celebrated by the Crape Myrtle Festival in July. Nearby attractions include Railyard Park with an amphitheater, sensory music garden, food trucks, splash pad, and water fountain, the Historic Downtown District with antique shops, restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores, and the Ellis County African American Hall of Fame. The house accepts only 30+ days rentals. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted, and small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, ensuring privacy as it does not record or store sound data. A laptop computer is not included.
