Aluminum siding was removed from the house and garage, then resided with LP SmartSide in 2019. That project also included improved insulation in the walls. French doors were installed in the sunroom in 2019. A new wood fence was erected in 2020. Basement skim coating was just finished in 2023. A kitchen refresh was just completed in 2023.
